Budaya Kerja

Menurut The American Herritage Dictionary mengatikan kebudayaan adalah sebagai suatu keseluruhan pola perilaku yang dikirimkan melalui kehidupan sosial, kesenian agama, kelembagaan, dan semua hasil kerja dan pemikiran manusia dari suatu kelompok manusia.

Menurut Koentjara Ningrat Kebudayaan adalah keseluruhan sistem gagasan dan tindakan, dan hasil karya manusia dalam rangka kehidupan masyarakat.

Arti Devinisi Dari Budaya Kerja

Adalah sustu filsafah dengan didasarkan pandangan hidup sebagai nilai – nilai yang menjadi sifat, kebiasaan, dan pendorong yang dibudayakan dalam suatu kelompok dan tercermin dalam suatu sikap menjadi perilaku, cita – cita, serta tindakan yang terwujud sebagai suatu kerja.

Budaya Kerja

Adalah cara kerja yang didasarkan suatu sistem nilai yang dipegang oleh setiap pegawai dan pendukung dalam organisasi (cara kerja yang diamalkan seperti itu karena sudah menjadi kebiasaan/tradisi organisasi tersebut)

Nilai

Adalah sesuatu yang dipegang oleh organisasi itu, nilai bisa diterima oleh semua masyarakat dalam organisasi. Sikap yang dipegang itu adalah baik, maka nilai itu adalah baik/positif, jika tidak, ia adalah dianggap tidak baik/negatif dan akan ditolak. Jumlah semua nilai yang diamalkan / dihayati dalam kerja, itu dikatakan sebagai budaya kerja. Jikalau nilai yang diamalkan adalah baik, maka sudah ditentukan budaya kerja itu akan menghasilkan kerja yang sangat baik.

Pengertian Dan Manfaat Budaya Kerja

Budaya Kerja adalah seperangkat sistem yang nampak pada nilai – nilai kerja yang diperjuangkan dan diwujudkan nyata menjadi 1 tatanan manajemen yang berkualitas, hal ini tercermin dari sikap yang menjadi perilaku, kepercayaan, cita – cita, pendapat, tindakan yang diwujudkan dalam bekerja.

Manfaat Budaya Kerja

Budaya kerja yang dilaksanakan secara baik dapat mengubah perilaku Sumber Daya Manusia dalam mencapai produktifitas kerja yang tinggi. Tujuannya antara lain :

1. menjamin hasil kerja dengan kualitas kerja terbaik

2. membuka seluruh jaringan komunikasi, keterbukaan, kebersamaan, dan kekeluargaan

3. lebih mudah untuk menemukan kesalahan dengan cepat untuk memperbaikinya

4. cepat menyesuaikan diri dengan dunia luar

5. mengurangi laporan berupa data dan informasi yang salah

6. meningkatkan kepuasan dalam bekerja

7. membuat pergaulan menjadi lebih akrab

8. meningkatkan tingkat kedisiplinan

9. mengurangi pengawasan secara fungsional

10. mengurangi tingkat absensi  dan pemborosan

Budaya Kerja Memerlukan Pemimpin Yang Berkualitas, cirinya :

1. mempunyai wawasan

2. mampu menjadi teladan yang baik

3. mengamalkan nilai yang dipegang oleh organisasi

4. memberi bimbingan, panduan, dan dan pedoman

5. disegani karena pribadinya yang mulia dan mampu membuat kerja yang cemerlang

6. tidak mudah marah, penyabar, tidak berat sebelah, adil, jujur, bersih, dan ikhlas

7. menjaga hati bawahannya

Membentuk TIM

a) setiap keputusan dibuat berdasarkan pembahasan/pengkajian

b) semua orang dianggap sama penting dengan setiap orang

c) sifat percaya mempercayai, hormat menghormati senantiasa diwujudkan dikalangan setiap anggota organisasi

d) setiap orang diberi kebebasan menggunakan kreatifitasnya, kemampuannya, kepakarannya, kehandalannya, kelebihannya untuk menghasikan kerja dengan cara tersendiri.
